      But the pt is, he has joint fundraising agreement so $$ is going to down ballot as well. And many people are giving to senate races or house races. Its true that very local thinfs get a lot less attention and $ - and are very important to our daily lives.

      I know that. But my tweet WAS about local candidates, and about DONORS spreading their dollars around to local candidates, not just top of the ticket.

      Pwrsonally, i think right now, winning back the white house and flipping the senate are the most crucial issues or we may have nothing left to even fight for locally, though.

      I never said anything to contradict that. But local races matter. We must walk and chew gum at the same time. Local races affect your day to day life very directly. Republicans know this and have spent decades building up their bench with local candidates.
