The biggest threat we have to representative Democracy is leaders who think that they are unaccountable to us; who think that they don’t answer to us; who refuse to acknowledge that *they* work for *us*.

I do not understand how this person was elected. What were her voters thinking? Did they have any idea at all?
We really tried to tell people but we were told over and over again that this was no big deal and that we should never be “negative” toward a fellow Dem. I’m still having people yell at me for speaking up despite all of this crap. It’s infuriating.
