Exactly. It's an outright lie when Trump says all of the states are fully stocked. Labs across the country are running low on reagents (hence delays), not to mention ongoing PPE shortages. If/when we have a vaccine, there will be a shortage of syringes b/c he won't use the DPA.

The president has always had the power to ramp up capacity with the War Production Act, but he has chosen not to use it.
