if protests and riots will not elicit change, and everything done over the last hundred years has not elicited any change, can someone tell me what will?

A critical mass of white people deciding to invest their time and money into the political process wherein they *prioritize* learning about the legislative barriers to change and WORK to elect leaders who commit to change. No more “I don’t care about politics”.
