Patients, please I beg you, don’t mention politics during our 10-15 minute appointment. It makes things feel weird and gross, regardless of your political views. We have 2 minutes of small talk, just tell me about the yard work you have planned this weekend & we’ll call it a day

Yes. Politics defines which insurance companies and how many are available in your area which impacts health management, and this defines how you are paid and reimbursed, which impacts the number of appointments you need to have in a day to get paid and meet overhead.
