4. The availability of qualified doctors trained in disimpaction is political. 5. The ratio of nurses to patients in the hospital caring for the patient is political. 6. The reimbursement rate for the disimpaction is political. I can go on.
So do you discuss all that while you’re disimpacting them?
That’s up to the patient. I never bring politics up, but if they do, I will take the time to discuss with them. Haven’t done it during a disimpaction, but have during I&Ds and definitely during PEs. But it always depends on what *they* ask and want to discuss.
