Who at the nursing home is qualified to perform monitoring in elderly patients, including EKGs to watch for rhythm abnormalities?
Who is monitoring for other toxicities?
What were the inclusion/exclusion criteria?

Considered expendable? Frightening to think they are testing this on the elderly and vulnerable.
* LPNs are not trained for that - only RNs and certain technicians. Who is going to train them?
Voluntary participants? There is something not right about this. This drug has many harsh side effects and dire outcomes like blindness.
