I understand you are trying to give responsible advice, and it's important that people know masks are not anything like 100% effective, but these numbers *need* sourcing. Also, important that you are mostly protecting others with a mask, not yourself.

This study is on healthcare workers, i.e. sustained exposure to high-risk environments. This type of study ought to be considered unethical if masks with known safety profiles are available for HCWs.

Also control group for ethical reasons wore mask when needed, also cloth mask was suppose to be washed, did they flip them in the shift by accident, there is no particle penetration measurements, too many ambiguities... I would like to see mask that measured! 97% in...
