My mother lives with us, she's 81, has COPD, and is on O2 continuously. My wife works retail, and interacts with ~400 people/day. Do you believe it is wise for her to continue to work, regardless of protections and precautions?

She should remove her clothes and wash her hands thoroughly after getting home and sleep in a room as far away as possible. No shared space in the house at all.

We can afford a few weeks, at most. Her district manager has stated she will be considered "no call, no show" and "unhireable" upon termination. There is no way to avoid contact in our home indefinitely. She is staying home, but will not be eligible for unemployment.
