My daily life is filled with people arguing about the efficacy of what I recommend based on their own personal feelings or the latest meme on FB! Lol. It’s part of the job.
Aren’t efficacy studies also based on personal reactions, for example mental health risks? “Danger of suicidal thoughts” and all that? Your reply may indicate a measure of disdain for your patients. My personal feeling is that I’d pick the next doctor down the list.
