This is the fax my office got from Clinical Pathology Labs yesterday. It has the information my office needs to perform #Coronavirus testing.
How you can use it:

If you meet the criteria for testing (this will change soon as more tests are available) ask you doctor’s office or urgent care center if they use CPL; the test is done with the same swabs we use for herpes cultures, so most offices have them in stock.

If you doctor says they haven’t heard about it, you can show them this photo so they can contact CPL
If they don’t/can’t/won’t, ask them if they will give you an order to go to CPL for testing.
