Absolutely no one has said that it is limited to people that have underlying conditions.
Saying that the most vulnerable are the most likely to have serious disease is not the same thing as saying that healthy people can’t or won’t die. Just like with every viral illness, some otherwise healthy people will die. But healthy people are *far* less likely to succumb.
