My Infectious disease contacts are saying that underlying cardiopulmonary diseases are the biggest concern based on the patients they are seeing. Heart disease, CHF, asthma, COPD.

What about the healthy 32 year old PA? I forget what state he's in, I wanna say NY. Young healthy guy on forced O2, and one lung completely compromised by pneumonia. 
Absolutely no one has said that it is limited to people that have underlying conditions.
