This isn’t exactly true. The only plans that get us to universal coverage are M4A and Medicare for America. She said “all Democrats support UHC”. That’s just not true. This explainer talks about center-left plans that explicitly *do not* get us to UHC. It is correct to say that UHC =/= SP =/= M4A. But to say that “all Democrats” support UHC is disputed in the article I posted.
