Should be fired just for telling the friend. That is a complete breach of his ethical duty.

That’s exactly what the doctor who disabled me did, and he and Chody share many common traits. After I wrote a review online, his family went on the attack sharing all kinds of details about me that you’d only find in my medical record. So unethical. And he got away with it.
