I’ve been cautious here on #medtwitter about capital P Politics.
But there is just too much at stake. Our disastrous healthcare system. The climate crisis. Profound income inequality. And so much more. Feels about time to be more outspoken and say:

I doubt, as a Democratic candidates, that I could support most of your policy positions...
I would think that public policy that benefits our patients would transcend party.
