When I lobbied for #Medicaid expansion at the Texas state Lege earlier this year, I met with Republican reps in vulnerable seats. None of them had any rational reason for opposing #Medicaid expansion. Their reason was 100% political: they would not give Democrats a win.

This is one reason why we are working so hard to flip the #TexasLege in 2020. Republicans, even in vulnerable seats, are unmovable.
