I have vegetarian and vegan marathon runners who have high cholesterol, diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure. Please don’t make the mistake of assuming that your healthy life style has you covered.

Let me clarify and restate one thing for you. I did not say vegetarian. I said HEALTHY. Why should people leading a healthy lifestyle and have no genetic diseases have to go live at a doctor's office all the time? I should only need preventative care at that point right?
