With this ruling, the Supreme Court will allow the disastrous "Migrant Protection Program" aka MPP aka "Return to Mexico" policy to stay in place. This is the exact issue I witnessed when I was at the border last month. While I was there, a priest and all of the migrants he was sheltering were kidnapped and have not been heard from since. We are sending people to their deaths. https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1159161342575677440.html …
