Republicans constantly rant abt government take-overs of the healthcare system while doing exactly that with this decision. There is no situation in which medical personnel can morally or ethically comply with this #TitleX requirement.
Reproductive healthcare options are already woefully inadequate and difficult to access for a wide variety of patients, especially the poor, women of color, & women in rural areas. This requirement will make access even more difficult. #ProtectX
I stand with the American Medical Association, Planned Parenthood, & other healthcare providers is strenuously opposing this #TitleX rule and will vigorously work to overturn these decisions when I am in Congress. #ProtectX #StandWithPP
