When we were in Mexico looking for the missing migrants, a reporter for a Mexican news outlet said that there were no busses running on the weekend. This makes me think that they didn’t send these people across because
they couldn’t get them sent into the interior of Mexico quickly enough; that they would linger around the immigration center in Nuevo Laredo sleeping on the ground and creating a PR mess. If that’s so, we should start seeing a pattern. I’ll keep you posted.
