Obama said ACA wasn't perfect or even complete that it was going to be a work in progress for years, IT WAS A START! it gave me and many insurance, now it's all broken you can't get back on it! We were given a foundation,because it was tied to Obama destroyed

I am certain that you reminded them that line of questioning is currently illegal to use as a basis for coverage. Thank you for supporting the fight to have it remain as such.

It’s not illegal any more in some cases. The Trump administration has weakened those protections for some plans. That’s why they are sending them again. I didn’t fill them out, though. Will see what happens.

I think on top of wanting to return to it, insurance companies are trying to expand the things they can deem pre existing. It could be far worse than before.

This is my terror. For years, after being denied once, I went outside of insurance for depression and PTSD so it wouldn't show on my record. I started relaxing after O-Care, and I worry that I shouldn't have.
