I’m not sure of your question then. I don’t “provide” birth control to anyone in my private practice. I write prescriptions for it. I will do the same in this volunteer position. Birth control is not something that is stocked in the office in most medical practices. We write Rxs.
So if your asking “does this clinic have birth control on the shelf to hand out?”, the answer is I doubt it. I don’t have it on the shelf in my private practice either, just like I don’t have antibiotics on the shelf.
But if you’re asking “will I write prescriptions for birth control while I’m there just like I do in my private practice?”, the answer is of course I will.
