I like how he says "some states" so its requires knowledge or research into 50 states laws to disprove. He doesn't name a state so either hes not confident in what hes saying so he masks it in vagueness. Or hes willfully lying and spreading disinformation.

Look into Abbott, I live here in Texas, if not for the lies that bind his structure he’d turn to dust. But he ran as a Republican in a red state...that gets closer to purple every day
