      Yes. Because the GOP was trying to let insurers stop covering it for people on their plan. Needs to be both. Insurance coverage for those with it, cheap, accessible OTC for those without.

      Because someone has to pay for it. Insurance will pay for it if they are forced to by government. For every dollar they are forced to spend, they'll pass those "savings" on to their customers.

      Do you think insurance companies should pay for blood pressure medication? Diabetes medication? Cancer treatments? If so, why not birth control?

          Let's make them go to the doctor so insurance will pay for it. We can make it OTC and insurance won't have to pay. Or both. We can use personal responsibility but old fashioned.
