We lobbied Republicans whose seats are at risk. We were able to present data showing the economic benefits and job creation numbers if the state accepted this expansion. To a member, the Republicans said no. There is simply no justification for this. People are dying. 2/3
I’m simply not going to stand by and be silent while this happens in our country. Healthcare is a Human Right, and I intend to fight for that right in Congress on behalf of all Texans and all Americans. #TX31 3/3
