But should they not be informed about the cost of the drug and what other drugs may be available to treat their issue? We trust Drs to write a script and we get those filled. But what is there is a pill that is 25% of the cost that is 95% as effective?

I support Single Payer healthcare. It would dramatically reduce drug costs. Tired of my patients dealing with this for the past 20 years.
