There will continue to be around 40% of the country who will not turn on Trump *no matter what the repost says*. The Democratic Party leadership has already ruled out impeachment, and even if they did impeach and remove, we would have Pence. 6/8

We are the only ones who can save ourselves, our country, and our democracy. Do you understand that? Do you understand what needs to be done? I fear that there are not nearly enough people who are clear-eyed enough to understand this, to understand the work that must be done. 7/8

Don’t set yourself up for disappointment. Don’t wait on a savior. Go back to doing the hard work, registering voters, block walking for good candidates, running for office. Take nothing for granted. We’ve got a hard 2 years ahead, and *nothing* is guaranteed. 8/8
