I’m sorry, I didn’t understand that was what you are asking. Transitioning from jobs in the insurance industry to similar jobs in the SP system. Lateral moves with provisions in the legislation for helping with job transition.

Ok, I hope I didn’t come across as condescending. I’m genuinely interested in your perspective. I’m definitely not an expert in disability advocacy. But the disability advocates that I know are in favor of M4A. But I’m open and eager to hear other perspectives. 1/

The SP plans I’m in favor of have job retraining funds. But I’m not sure of salary guarantees. I think the idea is that a lateral move would likely include lateral pay. End/
