Most pathetic is the troll who insults me for not having "enough money" to pay a big staff. I raised about $250K which should be MORE THAN ENOUGH for a senate primary. The fact that Sen. Smith has spent well over $3 million is yet another example of how our system is corrupt.

It’s almost entirely about how much money you raise. Candidates are not considered “viable” unless they aggressively raise money. Groups like EMILY’s list and 314 won’t endorse you if you don’t meet their benchmarks of fundraising. 1/2
