because coupled with their racism this will disproportionately affect women of color and that makes me nervous. white women have less to fear from government. (i am not disagreeing with you, or process steps you outlined. it’s practical and paced so cultural shift happens)
You are right about POC being disproportionately affected. The medical field has a terrible track record on this. Luckily, the younger generation of doctors coming about are much more diverse and aware of these issues.
