I agree that there is significant opportunity for shifts in jobs. Many who work in the healthcare insurance industry are nurses or other medical personnel who could be shifted to direct patient care as more people one into the system.

Yes. With the numbers of people 65+ reaching its peak in the next 10 yrs, the home healthcare sector, assisted living, etc... will likely be needing more workers w nursing skills, PT, OT etc...

I think it’s important to lay out the case that it may be a shift but not loss. Companies like Aetna are already getting ahead of the curve with the CVS deal. There will likely be layoffs but they usually layoff every couple yrs already.
