Also: do not assume that a candidate will support abortion rights just because they have a D next to their name. For your Congressional candidates, ask them to *go on record* to fully fund Planned Parenthood and support pro-Roe SCOTUS appointments. 4/

Some will insist they “can’t” because of their districts, and some won’t because of their personal beliefs. Fine. But we must know who is who so we can apply pressure over time. 5/

At the state level, insist that candidates go on record about how they will vote on abortion restrictions in their states. Same deal: you can use that information later to pressure those who are wavering. 6/

Absolutely. Same plan GOP used to grab many more seats than their actual voting numbers would allow. They took over state legislatures and gov offices, then gerrymandered the hell out of the states. Now they can get fewer votes in states and still win more seats. Step up Dems.
