I understand totally but not everyone has access to a doctor like you. The concerns over vial use have long been debated but may have to be reconsidered. Safer to have access to the epi than no access at all and the cost is comparatively miniscule

The other option is for epi to be produced in prefilled syringes in sterile packets similar to anticoagulants. Would work well with a suitable refillable autoinjector-the expensive component of an EpiPen
