we will come outside don't need to come in even though dog physically CANNOT bite (and he is a sweetheart). Driver slammed door and is rude. Still waiting for promised call from supervisor....What say you @FedEx is this your idea of holiday spirit? Customer service?

Oh this gets better spoke to 'supervisor' Flavio in Bangor who claims an "investigation" was done and they are suspending service to the office so we will have to pick up the package. Well clearly I will not use
@FedEx or purchase from companies that use them. Again show meShow this thread -
I am all for safety, but when we offer to go outside (and the dogs were not even in the office 12/24)
@FedEx is just being hostile for no reason and HARMING PATIENTS!!! This is medication!!! Sham investigation for a rude driver to cover his ass. Patients are harmed.Show this thread

Seems logistically difficult (not impossible but...) for a dog w a cone to bite.
-
witnesses say it did not happen, and
@FedEx not providing photos, not asking for immunization records - rather flimsy -
Very flimsy...stick w UPS and USPS; both unionized and personally I’ve had much better experiences w both. PS clean Collins’ clock in 2020
-
@FedEx sucks. Used to consistently either deliver my packages to the wrong address or would pretend they could not find it and I would need to drive 40 miles to pick up from their facility. I don't use them and don't order from businesses that don't have an alternative service. -
Understand ur feeling. We live in the country. They send some old lady that’s petrified of dogs to deliver. She puts behind gate at end of driveway, so I have to walk to get.WE ALL HAVE DOGS IN THE COUNTRY!!! UPS is great with them.He always gets out and plays with them for a minute
-
that is what they do at my home - which is fine. At least delivered. Which is what we offered at the office (meet outside) - but they are refusing - which is why I am wondering if it is something else - like the visible mezzuzah - anti-semitism.

Don’t over think, it’s bad enough without additional, imagined layers

I don't think it is imagined

I’m retired FedEx-driver 17yrs. and customer service for 10. Always had treats, bitten once bc of 2yr old opening door. Check to confirm it was Ground & not Express. Ground has bad rep bc of private owner/operators. Meds ALWAYS priority when I worked.

-
It was express. Per Flavio at the Bangor hub due to this one driver (who was rude and awful) my office has been labeled "dangerous" even though we offered to go outside etc. So now cannot order patient medications from that vendor. So much for customer service.
-
So sorry. Inexcusable behavior. I would certainly run it up the flag pole - demand to speak with district director then go further. In my day, a trace would have to be opened first with the complaint. We used to be proud workers and proud of FedEx.
-
wrote to CEO, not that that will do anything. This driver is horrendous. He is the issue.

My package came by USPS 3 days FASTER then
@FedEx . Once a package went from Cali to the East Coast and then to Hawaii. I asked company to please send all my future supplies USPS flat fee box. Cheaper and faster. -
I was just thinking that for many things
@USPS has upped their game for far less $$$ -
They have. Packages are delivered on Sundays now.
