North Dakota farmers and ranchers can compete with anyone if they have a level playing field. HB1371 would give them the same business tools available to entrepreneurs in every other industry to access capital they need to start or expand livestock operations. 1/

Our state is leading the nation in carbon capture to secure the future of our state's largest industries - energy and agriculture! In North Dakota, we can permit our CO2 storage wells 5x faster than the EPA.
