    5 weeks off from working out due to vacation, a cold, and an upper respiratory infection, I finally made it back to the this week. My is shot, but I'm proud for not gaining a pound over that time. 10 lbs left to goal weight!

    Agreed! Design is a HUGE part but it's not the end of it. Need to consider other elements too, like customer care, advertising, every touch point. If it's a clothing store, it's not just about the ease of use & experience with the website but service at the stores too.

    A1: and are those best friends that spend too much time together. They don't go anywhere without each other. They influence each other to such a degree that it's sometimes hard to tell where one ends and the other begins. CX, however, has a larger social circle.

    This is still an issue in American standardized testing like the SAT and ACT. Until relatively recently, test writers did not look at how questions might be unintentionally biased by socioeconomic status, local geography, etc.

    I'm from LA and actually looked at this in my masters research. Doug has it right that the point of these tests was less about getting the right answers, than it was being able to disqualify a black voter on matters of technicality.
