    Our Women in Mind support group gives the opportunity to discuss their lived experience in a safe environment this Wednesday at Community Centre from 1pm to 3pm. Join us for professionally facilitated peer support, coping skills and meditation.

    Our Walking Football group for people OVER 50 takes place every Friday in , 4-5pm at RiversMeet Leisure Centre, Hardings Lane, Gillingham, SP8 4HX. First session is FREE, then £3. Tag someone that might be interested! Email getsettogo@dorsetmind.uk to register.
