Firestorm isn't hasted RPPM anymore in spell data. Is this intended?
People already commited to Night Fae to play Fire and now the best legendary is stealth nerfed the day after the explansion. Hoping this is a mistake.
It looks like this change may have actually hit beta in a hotfix on Nov. 14th, but was not properly picked up by simc until the hotfixes were baked into the build last night for some reason. (1/4)
Unfortunately, this kind of change can be difficult to notice in real gameplay on the beta because this effect interacts with RPPM in a way that already produces values that are wildly different from the listed 1.66 RPPM. (2/4)
This also came with other nerfs, so most players would have assumed the nerf to Firestorm's duration and Flamestrike's damage accounted for the entire DPS difference they were seeing on average. (3/4)
