We have an account https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCRJgL6OUUzNjnfdnt-9nJ4g?view_as=subscriber … but there is another one but we are following them but cannot upload videos to that channel which is https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCC_F-CjsT7FN2A0LIt26Q8Q … hopefully you can help us we are not sure that they both have the same email log in or not

Chrome mainly 1st pic- my main screen 2nd pic- my channel 3rd channel is the one i want to sign in 4th pic is the details of the website that was linked maybe that is the account? to sign in but hasn't been used in 4 years, I have taken over the digital marketingpic.twitter.com/U0FJqnr1eh

I have replied by DM today we filled in the form and it got us to recover the normal account , so nothing has changed? Can we arrange a call to escalate this issue!
