seriously? you've got the tech team working on this while still having friday night outages on the app where workers go on unpaid and customers lose money because your app can't handle the current traffic loads? And customers waiting forever for support. but THIS is a priority?

@DoorDash My order was made incorrectly.. I got a response that said “due to your account history, we can’t compensate you.” I imagine this is because my orders have been messed up like 7 of last 10 times and now I’m being penalized for complaining about it? Lol abysmal service -
It’s a shame cause your service could be really beneficial during this time, but demonizing customers for raising issue with their orders being made incorrectly is just hilariously bad, so considering all of these issues, it’s time to say goodbye to this app
