I’ve reached out - it’s just insane to me that a company I respect so much (VP of the company was a professor of mine) has such a blatant issue that seems to persist. Not only for me but for other people who I know in Toronto.

I had the issue last night. The customer service rep I chatter with told me to call the restaurant. Those workers at Wingstop remade my order, but I had to find a way to pick it up. Never will use Doordash ever again. Lousy customer service.
