Instead of saying something sweet actually paying me a living wage to deliver other people's deserts would be pretty sweet. Or like having desserts I can afford with my $4 an hour pay from you I guess.

Hi Ashley, we're always looking to improve our platform for all users. We welcome your pay model feedback here:https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CKHL78D

Yeah I've done that. I've reached out for a year. And now you have us doing $2 deliveries for 9 miles which you somehow think is ethical. We were told our tip theft would stop - it hasn't. We were told we would be paid fairly - we got a pay cut. Stop with the fake caring bs.

Ashley - I drive DD. You do not have to accept those low delivery requests. You are an “independent contractor”. Also, it’s that low because the customer didn’t put a tip on that order. I don’t accept anything that isn’t paying at LEAST $1 per mile. 9 miles = $9 or no go.

So, I’ve taken to not tipping through the app and tipping with cash upon delivery so that Door Dash *can’t* steal the money. I do this with all delivery platforms now because stealing from labor seems to be the trend. I encourage everyone to do this.

The only problem with that is your order may never get delivered. @DoorDash average delivery pay to the dasher is $2. And those are rejected all day. #doordash figures you'll tip in app so you get your food and they can steal your tip money. Example: 10 mi for $2=declinepic.twitter.com/PLpx5bd3XD

you're only even replying to me 1 out of every 200 times because your customers are reading this thread and you need to manipulate them into giving tony xu and andy fang more of their money for their food that won't show up or will be cold or half eaten.https://www.trustpilot.com/review/doordash.com …

If you wanted to improve our platform you'd give us back pay for our tips you admit you've stolen - versus using them to expand your business and buy caviar. If you wanted to improve our platform you'd at least use the stolen money to fix the app and have better support.

Your owner has joked to the media that he wishes he didn't have to pay us at all - and has conditioned customers to give us insanely low tips. We literally have customers saying they gave us a different tip than what we see. And your customers are miserable with the cuts too.

Seriously - I don't even give a damn if you deactivate me at this point - you're welcome to click the media tab on my page to see screen caps of your current pay. Your customers deserve to know that their $15 in fees and inflated item costs means their driver makes $2.

You have a few dudes in California getting rich off my labor - and my destroyed car. While I pay over $3 a gal of gas, pay insurance, pay taxes (which thanks so much for including my tips in a different portion of my pay even when you adjusted my pay so I could pay MORE in taxes)
