I just had a really bad experience with DoorDash. The driver was so rude to me and the person that called here defended that person is unprofessional attitude instead of apologizing.

There are so many dashers that have a unprofessional & nasty attitudes, they think you owe them this huge tips. I think doordash should let its customers rate its dashers

*sitting in q for over 2 hours with no orders* I dont think they want a veggie burger. Yall need to give out gas vouchers to drivers who sit for several hours with no orders. Not all of us can park our butts in their living room and wait :\

Wait I did get an order but it was a 5.90 order from Chic-Fil-A and the distance driven was going to be over 20 miles. Nope.

I earned the 4.76 and that is not fair and I have not dashed in 3 days and my rating are droped 6 points. so either its being manually controlled or the rating system us a lie . I have not dashed in 3 days nor have i done 100 dashes

1) Why are you allowing the dashers to see how much the customer tips? 2)Why are dashers allowing orders that are low such as $2-$5 dollars to “sit” & not pick me up? We are customers & there is no minimum order requirements Thanks

Some Dashers aren't taking low orders due to various reasons. Tips & Distance being the top two reason from what I see. In my area I cannot see tips til after accepting which is fine with me, I enjoy the drive regardless and trying to build customer connections.
