Hi, one of your nice reps on the help chat already refunded my order! But I was told the refund was a "one-time exception" so I won't be using doordash anymore because it could just happen again. And based on the replies here it will lol

You could just update the software or something. Like require the customer give a one time PIN that the driver doesn't know so they can verify that they're at the right place.
