This was the most embarrassing promo you have ever done. I was on the website at 3:59 EST and when it turned to 4 I refreshed and it didn’t work. I was sitting there refreshing for about 8 mins and still nothing and now you’re saying it’s over? Get outta here

Same story. Right at the time the Cheesecake Factory site died, then when I finally got the url it just gave errors on DoorDash.

Congrats on scamming everyone. I refreshed at 4 pm and both your and Cheesecake Factory’s websites crashed. Don’t do a promotion if you can’t do it right. Servers shouldn’t crash. The first 10,000 through should get it. Thanks.

honestly, just upset that a company of DoorDash caliber (who have bay area engineering talent) would basically gimmick this. I was counting down the milliseconds and literally the site crashed right at 4pm. when it came back up, all the codes were "claimed." #shady

Super strange how the site disconnected exactly at 1pm pst and then it kept giving me an error within my account.

Like everyone else I was logged in & ready to go right before the promotion was to start & @ 4pm both sites crashed. Quite a honestly I think everyone was bamboozled. I think I might be done with a Cheesecake Factory at this point. The good hasn't been good lately & now this.

How?! I was on there at 12:50, and was refreshing until the website crashed at precisely 1:00 PM, finally got the page with the Claim Free Food button around 1:05, and for a million of these error messages even though I was logged in. Tried on multiple browsers and my phone.
