It has now been over an hour since the order was placed and a "dasher" has just been assigned. Now I'm being told it will take another hour or more for my food to arrive. How do I get a refund for this order?
Food arrived at 1:06am, 2 and a half hours after I ordered and was ice cold. Instead of a large Coke, I was handed a cup of ice. This is unacceptable. Maybe @DoorDash_Help will respond with then I can expect a refund for this order.pic.twitter.com/3dUyaJkc6J
