Welcome aboard from a contract dasher. I liked your answers on the blog. I hope efficiently is how you sail because someone needs to right this dispatch ship. DoorDash has that tremendous potential that you spoke of but requires better implementation of its goals.

You should make a rule that the restaurant must make food when they accept the order. Not wait until I wait in line and then make it when I get to the counter.
