I am beyond furious. I've made a Twitter account just to file a complaint because after spending over an hour on the phone with your team. Yet again I'm offered no true solution.

Same thing with me several times called and I kept getting BS stories. They blame it on the restaurant but I spoke to them and no problem on their end. I suggest using another service

Honestly working with your company has been a crucible of frustration and futility. I have a $12 credit but you can keep it and spend it on customer service. Enjoy the one star review I’ll leave on every update until the heat death of the universe.
