Yea except it’s been bad customer service for me still waiting for someone to contact me back! @t_xu it would be nice to get your help. Have having at least 8 supervisors and manger so called lied about helping me. And never getting a responses!

Their overseas team who don't give two craps will just keep giving you the runaround. They do NOT have actual supervisors and the US headquarters don't want to be bothered which is why they have them handling everything.

Based on our experience unfolding right now... this can’t possibly be real. Not only was the service provided a failure, the customer support couldn’t have been worse. This is Verizon level shit.
